Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

minor keyboard shortcut complaint

On Chrome, if I hit Alt-D it takes me to the address bar. However, on the Skritter practice page, it also pops up the character/word info box, which is a little weird. Can't it distinguish a D from an Alt-D?

Oh, I see. I'll fix it. That's funny; I always use Ctrl+L to go to the address bar.
