Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

when using scratchpad...

There are no hyperlinks that link the scratchpad back to homepage.

For example, if you see the top of the page, there is a skritter logo and 4 pop-menu section.

There is not any of these on scratchpad.

The logo on the scratchpad page takes you back to the Skritter homepage. I guess maybe the other links are removed to provide less distraction...

The reasons for that is basically why it was originally built. It was one way we were thinking of providing Skritter functionality on ChinesePod, so we wanted something that would be different from ChinesePod but not part of the normal Skritter site as well.

I'm in the middle of doing some reorganization of the site, and I think I'll make that page look like the rest of Skritter as well as everything else I'm doing.
