[Request] Skritter exercise print-outs

阿軒   June 18th, 2011 4:32a.m.

Hello all / skritter team!

I'm wondering if it would be easy to have a feature where one could print out a sheet of random / non-random exercise sheets. Such as: a list of pinyin in which one has to write the correct character.

I keep realizing that although I can recall a character fast on skritter, I seem to not have this recalling ability on paper. If there was any way to test oneself via random characters or something like that, that would be awesome!

Who else thinks this would be beneficial?

I sometimes export a bunch from My Words and have a friend test me on them. They say the English and I write the Chinese or they read the Chinese and I write the characters - I find doing this once per week helps me make the jump from Skritter to paper!

It's on the to-do list somewhere, but I am not sure when we can get to it. I agree that it would come in handy.

I would definitely make use of this too. It would be great for use on flights, or for maintaining my practice in hotel rooms if I don't bring my Wacom (or bring the pad and forget the pen, as I did last time I travelled).

It's a good way of forcing me to write on paper, whilst still utilising the SRS.
