Words without definition in CPod vocabulary lists

swimming   May 13th, 2012 5:43p.m.

Quite often, the CPod vocabulary lists contain words that do not have a definition. In http://www.skritter.com/vocab/listsect?list=172835733&sect=0, for example, there are 4 such words. Is there a way to resolve this issue? (I usually add the definitions myself, but this is tedious.)

One option is to just submit a definition correct, but just make it blank - that'll flag it for me to review, and I will add the definition.

Chris: Thanks for the offer. It would save some work, but it would still be fairly tedious to look for words that do not have definitions and "correct" each one of them.

I am not sure how the process of generating CPod vocab lists actually work, but supposedly, CPod prepares a file with the words. Couldn't this file also contain the definitions, which are in any way present in the CPod pdf file? This way, everything can be automatic.

Hi swimming, thanks for the report! I found the bug and fixed it, and got those definitions uploaded. If there are other lists that have gaps, send me links and I'll get them filled in as well.

That's great. Thanks!
