Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

My book has 25 chapters but the list has only 12?

Mine is really old. Perhaps they cut it down in newer edition?

Do the chapters in your book correspond with chapters in the volumes that we have?

If you have the older edition, then yes, it has been split between Book 1 and Book 2 now. Book 1 has only 12 chapters now:
