How long ?

Last week i submitted the corrections of the correct tone and characters in some of my sentences. How long does it usually take for it to be fixed ?

I've been wondering how to correct some strange tones or definitions. I keep editing them over and over in "edit list" window on iPad and the changes never save.

In my experience it can be a few days or a month depending I guess on how busy the guys are. Problem is it's difficult to know which ones you've submitted and which ones you haven't, so I star them if I see them a couple of times and think I might have submitted. That way I can check when I get to a PC (I normally Skritter on iOS). You can also email and ask to be a "baller" which means you have access to do corrections yourself.

vlx I am not sure why the changes don't save, I think they do for me when I do them. Sometimes clearing data and redownloading can show up corrections which you don't get otherwise. Or maybe try the correction on web and then redownload.

@sylnt17 we'll get to them as quickly as possible! Things got a little slow around the holidays with everyone visiting family and friends but we'll be ramping things back up at the start of the year. Thanks for your patience as we get some of the corrections emails resolved.

@vlx I saw that you posted a separate thread about your issue so I'll be helping you there.

This isn't the "share correction" is it? Because I submit way too many of those.

@DobbsBob shared corrections actually go to a different part of the site and have a totally different review structure. You should see the corrections on your own account right away while we check things over and approve them for the rest of the users.

There is no such thing as "too many" corrections. Keep 'em coming!
