Was thinking a few of those posters around the apartment would be a good aid (like sticking flash cards up).Bathroom, kitchen, and maybe as a table mat

Sounds a great idea. Trying to tick them all off would be something to aim 4 :)!

I just picked one up the other day so that I could do a review of it at some point. It has about 1500 characters and looks great on my wall (the thing is huge!).

The quality is nice and they gave me a free whiteboard marker with it for checking characters off the list.

Even if you are past the beginner stage you can use it to test your ability to come up with sentences on the spot for all of the characters. It is also a good way unleash your inner Chinese nerd.

You skritter guys should see if they'll do a sponsored one with the skritter url on them.

Do they send it from America? Anyone know if something similar is around in China?

they are based in Taiwan and ship anywhere in the world. They have the poster available in Traditional and Simplified characters.

Mines shipped hopefully get it early next week.
