Deleting custom definitions?

I am pretty sure I have asked this before, but I couldn't find my post I had made before through searching. I am trying to wipe all of my definitions but I can't find the option to. I think I had to ask nick to delete them maybe that was just the mnemonics. In any case, how do I go about deleting all of these? I just want to go with the default definitions.

Okay, I've erased them for you. I think it was just mnemonics last time.

Thanks a ton, don't mean to be a pain.
