How would you say in chinese, "it's never too late to loose weight".
I only think of "来得及减肥", but it seems wrong.
I'm open to suggestions.

It's grammatically correct. But it's a bit of a strange thing to say. ^^

Yes, it does seem wrong. 它是永远不会太晚减肥 would be a direct translation, yet awkward as Tainted suggests. Pts' suggestion is more naturally Chinese as it uses a topic/comment syntax.
