Custom Definitions Bug

马洲屹   March 4th, 2014 6:17a.m.

Hi Skritter Team,

I will send you an email about this, but I thought I would do a forum post just in case anyone else is having this same bug. I am finding that sometimes when I do my custom definitions for the words that I am studying on the Skritter website, they are not updating on the iOS app. This does not happen all the time, but it has happened on at least three occasions. The current one is for a word list called 'Greenpeace - Coal'

Could you please let me know what is going wrong here? I would like this to be rectified as it can be quite frustrating when you spend a few hours updating definitions for 100+ word lists and then to find out that your work is to no avail and when you study your lists you are being prompted with the normal custom definitions.

Otherwise, love your work! :-)

Cheers,
Joe

The vocab customization syncing should work after one day, but we have seen all sorts of frustrating bugs with this and haven't fixed them all. Do you see your updated definitions if you do a Clear Local Data from the app for a fresh sync?
