writing pad

I bought myself a writing pad. However when trying to use it with skritter, I have no idea how to set it up correctly, it's all in chinese and on the internet i only find korean and chinese hits.

The problem is that when writing on the pad, the character is written full screen and after browsing and experimenting with all the options and whatnot I can't seem to find how to change some setting that would allow me to only write inside the flash box.

any ideas?

i wanted to add the model but i seem to have left it at another place so can't look at it right now, it is Hyunday C-something something

There would have to be such a setting, or perhaps (long shot) you could find some external software to do it. From our end, it's just like a mouse cursor and we can't control it. The new Wacom browser plugin will let us do that, but I doubt that'll be compatible with the writing pad you've got.

How big is the pad? I like to write characters really pretty small compared to my Wacom size (which is their smallest), so even on a big monitor I don't remap it. Perhaps you could write in a small portion of the pad?

Last ditch, you can change your screen resolution when practicing with Skritter, so that the Flash window takes up more of the space (blergh). We can't offer a significantly larger Flash window than we already do, because it'll be too performance-intensive.
