Custom Published List Categorization/Sorting/Filtering

I really like the published customs lists feature. Would it be possible to have some type of filters/options to help separate out the more 'quality' ones? (By quality I mean NOT remix's, generic names (ie. unit 1) with no clue where it comes from, etc).

Some ideas:
- Sort by 'usage'
- Filter out lists that don't have a description/tags (many of the one-off lists seem to have empty descriptions. The ones that look like people have put time and thought into have descriptions)

I know that tags/search are available, but they are more useful when you know what you're looking for, vs browsing to see what's available.

I think we can now order them by popularity like on the iOS app, so that the lists with the most people studying could come first. This would help. We'll see what we can do.
