Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Feature suggestion for the Reader

As we paste text in the Reader, could it display new characters (ie. those that are not already in "My words") in a special color ?

Bringing out new words would improve reading and remembering them.

That would be a good idea, but it's not high on the priority list to improve the Reader, so I'm not sure when we'll get to it. In the meantime, if you happen to be on Mac, you could try Byzanti's Chinese Reader: http://www.byzanti.co.uk/
