Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Traditional characters only work in advanced study mode

Hi, I can't figure out how to have traditional characters appear in the ipad app study mode. However, when I use the advanced study mode I am able to change the setting to traditional. I'm using integrated Chinese textbook levels 1 and 2 word lists. Please explain, I'd like to subscribe but need to be sure I can study traditional characters with ease. Thanks!

You can toggle between simplified and traditional characters by visiting your account study settings on the web (see link below) or by going to , and selecting "Traditional" on the iPad app.
