Adding Words Issue HTML Android App

renata   February 16th, 2014 12:24p.m.

Hi Josh and everybody else from the Skritter team!
Well after you helped me fix the other issues... a new one turned up! Maybe it's really because I'm not really a phone crack... anyway, thanks for your patience. Now:

The HTML App is not automatically adding new words and when clicking on the "plus" symbol, it starts first getting items, then adding items, then it stops after around 200KB and says "rescheduling".

Anything that can be done about this? I already reinstalled and cleared the cache...

Thanks again ;-))

Hey Renata, this sounds like an issue several people are having and I want unable to reproduce it. Knowing that it's getting stuck at rescheduling helps me out a lot though and it greatly narrows done my search for the bug.

At the point where it says rescheduling it should have already downloaded the new words. So you should be able to refresh the page and you should see them trickle in.

Other than that there unfortunately isn't too much that can be done until I get this update out. Thanks for your patience!
