Qs. on adding words/phrases

krapht   July 11th, 2009 8:24a.m.

I have two short questions:

One, if I want to enter a sentence construction such as 連···都, what dots do i put in so that Skritter accepts it?

Also, is there any way for Skritter to accept commas? As in I want to put in the phrase

位高、權重、責任輕, but Skritter says it isn't proper Chinese.

Don't put the commas or ellipses in the character field; you can put them in the pinyin and definition fields. That keeps things simplest. I find that it's easy to parse separated words even when the characters are together, if the pinyin shows the separation.

Also, use normal ASCII commas and periods, instead of Chinese commas or a combined ellipsis character.
