Can someone point me to the instructions?

For the site managers, please put instructions in the Help section, and consider putting it in the Resources section.

I learned how to do it a month or two ago, and now I forgot, and I really hate hunting around the site.

Go to the "vocab lists" page, and under the "ChinesePod Lists" section (it's the third one down) click "lessons". You can then search for whatever lesson you want, and add it accordingly...
