Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

% complete 1 step behind?

This is not really important, but it annoys the perfectionist in me.

I have a list with 4 words (new Misc)

After its added word number 1, % is 0. After word number 2 added, % is 25%. After word number 3 added, % is 50%.

Any chance of an off by one fix?

Hmm... added last word, 4/4 is 100% ok (but not finished), then trying again marked it finished ok, but added one more word (so 4 of 5 are done) and now 60% complete, so still one short in this other case.
