Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Example sentences

When I create example sentences, it forces me to "auto segment" the text. And then it groups the words in a strange way. For example I want:

Ni3 guo4fen4 xiao3xin1 le5.

But I can't save the sentence without clicking "segment" first, and then it ends up as:

Ni3 guo4fen4xiao3xin1 le5.

After saving the sentence, clicking on guo4fen4xiao3xin1 results in an error; presumably because it's not a word.

I found the same problem. Hence why I unfortunately don't use this function, and instead paste my example sentences in the definition section.

You can put a space in between the characters before hitting auto-segment to make it split those words up.
