Custom list - list empty after adding

skritterjohan   December 17th, 2009 6:14a.m.

Hello there, I created a custom list for my own use today. I added a bunch of words I would like to study. This took me quite a bit of time. Each time I added a word I validated it.

Then later I went to save it and everything looked fine. It did mention a section without a name, although I do remember naming it Lesson 1 or something. I clicked to proceed.

Now my newly created list is empty.

Is there any way for you to find the words I put into the list so I can try to add them again? I kind of did not keep any other copy. I went through two different books to find the words and I added a few of my own and it took me about an hour or more.

Nevermind this thread may be removed.

I found what I did wrong. I thought the words would be added after validating them. I forgot to press "Add these words". I re-added some words so I am fine now.

Thanks!

Sorry about the lost words. Yeah, the "validate words" step then needing an "add these words" step is not optimal. The next version of the custom list editor will be easier to use.
