Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

How to restart list?

Something weird happened. When studying, suddenly there was an influx of new characters, 400++! Is there a way to reset the list so I can start over all again?

Removing and re-adding worked for me in iOS, I reset cause I took a month break near the start xD

This is a bug with iOS. Try removing the list entirely and adding from the beginning once again. You won't lose any progress made or anything like that.
