Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

synced data not showing up to site

this is weird. I sank the app, but, and it has a green checkmark at the sync log says "success", but the data isn't showing on the site

Try sending us the sync logs via the in-app sync status contact so we can see how much should have been uploaded--and please include some details on how much you studied during that sync period.

Thanks for the sync log. I checked it out and it looked like it did try to upload 560 reviews as soon as you turned the connection on:

2/15/13 8:57 PM: Success - 285D/560U

The only reasons I know of why this wouldn't have shown up on the site are either that because of timezone issues, the study time was sent to a different Skritter day (in which case the due items should have decreased still), or that because of changes in the iOS device's system time, the reviews were rejected as being out of date, as happened once in this thread:

Could either of those have been the case?
