Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Does "Save me" only work on the web?

I want to get back on the horse and try the "Save me" option in "My Words". However I want to study on my iPod. If I turn on "Save Me" from "My Words" on the Skritter website will it also affect the iPod?

it will affect your whole account, no matter from where you access it.
