One of the few things that I'm annoys me a little when using Skritter is how almost impossible it is to efficiently navigate one's complete vocabulary list.

I only started using skritter a month ago and my word list is already by far to big to look for stuff (for example words or phrases containing a specific character) by going through the pages.

Right now you can click on one of the colums to sort the words. If you click on "Learned" the words will be sorted by least well known.
The option that I would like to have added would be that a second click on the same colum would invert the sorting order. I think it could be interesting to know what word you know best or what the longest period of time is until you will see a word again.
Alternatively there could just be the option to jump to the last page of your word list.

Because of the way the data are indexed, we can't offer those extra sorts without a performance penalty when saving reviews. Given that those sorts would be nice to have, but not essential, we made the trade-off. The same issue causes us to not be able to jump to the end, since without an index like that we don't know where the end is.

Good news on the navigating one's complete vocabulary, though, is this new page we're making, which will be focused around this and even have a search box...

That sounds great! While those extra sorts would be neat to have they are far from essential, whereas the planned search box is.

You guys are doing a great job.
