New words are not being added from my list. I have tried resetting my study settings so that it begins pulling words from the list (as i have sometimes had to do in the past to jump start it) but no luck this time.

They aren't? It looks like everything's set up okay, and when I clicked the manual add button for you, it added a word. Is it just that it's not adding automatically, or you're not seeing the new words that are added?
