iPad Air 2 study mode problem

XiaoLaoHu   December 14th, 2014 1:23a.m.

Hi, I've skritter running on the iPad Air 2. When I click "study", then skritter starts asking me a couple of characters, and after say 10 or so characters it asks precisely the same 10 characters again before it finally moves on to new ones. However, it isn't over then, the new ones are also repeated. Why is this happening?

It doesn't always happen: When studying selected lists, I'm usually fine.

Is this a new problem, or has it always done this on your IPad Air 2? (Did you have Skritter for iOS working before?)

What kind of prompt types are you seeing this on–writing, readings, definitions, tones, all?

The first thing to try might be a "Clear Local Data" from the account settings in the app, to force the app to sync your account from our servers again and possibly clear up any bogus data.

Thanks for your help, I did what you said and gave a bit of time but the problem seems to be fixed for now. Good!
