Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

API Progress ~ Share on my website?

paulywill   December 3rd, 2014 4:50p.m.

Is there a sample code to share my Skritter Stats on one of my blogs?

Me thinks there needs to be a Wordpress plugin or chunk of copy-paste code.

Any or all help appreciated.

Hi, a skritter user (forgot who) created an google spreadsheet for this purpose. you could probably copy the code ...

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AsQivnqJe1m4dHI3RktNQ09uVC1wWGdfRnJXT3hrWEE&usp=sharing

Data would be taken from your profile: http://www.skritter.com/userprofile?name=paulywill

Hey paulywill, you should be able to pull some very detailed progress information from the api directly using:

http://beta.skritter.com/api/v0/docs/endpoints/progress_stats

You can signup and get api client credentials by following the instructions on this page:

http://beta.skritter.com/api/v0/docs/authentication

Though the progress stats endpoint doesn't have any examples, if you look around you'll find examples in python at the bottom of the page of other endpoints. If you have any questions or need any help feel free to send me an emails at: josh@skritter.com
