Practice page..

Thanks for all your patience helping me out! I am wondering if there's a way to remove the Pin Yin when I practice? I think it would be more challenging and beneficial if I had to recall the word just by seeing the definition. I know some people might find the Pin Yin useful, but I think it would be a nice option to be able to hide it, at least until I finished writing the character.

This is one of the facets of what people call definition practice. I'll guess this will happen when Nick also fixes that we only HEAR the pronounciation.

Yes, I will make an option to hide pinyin when there is audio. I'm not sure about doing it when there isn't audio--definitions are often ambiguous as to which character it should be.

When i wanted just to learn from the definition,i just put a posted note on the screen, over the pinyin and ripped it so i could see the definition.
