Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Question about the scratchpad

If I study some words on the scratchpad with tracking on, that I haven't previously added to my Skritter account before, will those words be saved into my Skritter account and show up in the review queue later on ?

( the wording above may have been unclear. I meant to say that if I go to the scratchpad and click "tracking on" , and then add some words that I haven't previously added to my Skritter account, will those new words show up again in the review queue, or not ? I would like it if they did . )
