Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Tone sandhi

不是. is bu2shi4 in tone test as opposed to bu4shi4.
But 你好 is ni3hao3 instead of ni2hao3.

Our pinyin follows the tone sandhi for 不 and 一, but not for other characters. For other characters, the tone sandhi would obscure the original tone of the character. Does that make sense?
