Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Hi can anyone help? Am working from different computers (on holiday) but Skritter isn't registering/recording the time I spend online ... I'm still logging on with same passwords etc ... it shouldn't matter that I'm on a different computer should it?

Err. Odd. It's not an ancient computer you're running internet explorer 5 on or something, is it?

See if it happens in another browser?

Thanks, no it's Vista and Explorer 8! But I've just tried to access Progress page and it denies access saying either under maintenance or programming error.

I'd try logging out of Skritter, clearing your cache and cookies and then rebooting. Sometimes Internet Explorer gets in a bit of a 'funk' - this was how we got the expense report system working when I worked at my last company.

Sorry for the lateness. You might check the date and time settings of the computers you're on, as well as the timezone setting of your Skritter account.

You've sent me some emails on this, too. I'll dig deeper soon and see if I can turn anything else up.
