iPhone app - memory space

seriously   August 26th, 2012 4:48a.m.

How much memory space do you estimate is the app going to take up if I study a couple of thousands of words and 3000 chars?

Zeppa   August 26th, 2012 5:26a.m.

Not sure if this helps, but on my iPod Touch the App takes up 72.7 MB and the documents and data 8.4 MB - I only have 700 words. I don't know if there is any kind of incremental increase.

Documents and Data take up 89.2MB for me. I am around 1700 odd words and 1400 characters. I think mine could be higher because I create quite a lot of personalised definitions.

Overall it is 150 odd MB

SkritterJake   August 28th, 2012 2:37a.m.

Skritter takes up 179MB for me. I've got 8000+ words and ~4000 characters. Taking up less space then Pleco (for now).

Sandeep   August 30th, 2012 4:49a.m.

Jacob you will soon hit 10000 it seems.

Also which PLECO bundle you use?
Is the full worth it? Is guifan outdated on Pleco?
Is the business terms dictionary worth it ?

I have a 1000 word Vocab now.

What is the best C-C dictionary on web for a beginner? Intermediate use and advanced user? Do you use any?

Does the document reader of Pleco really help?
