Lists wont stop adding words iOS

Andersio   August 30th, 2012 2:14p.m.

Hi, godt a little problem, i have two lists on skritter. One premade and one i made myself. The problem is, that Even do i press stop adding on the one list it still add words. Really annoying. I had to delete it to stop adding words. Have the lastest update.

I checked your account and both lists are set to be added from. Which one are you trying to stop adding from? When you tap it to stop adding from it, try reloading the screen with the upper right button and see if the list is still set to review-only.

Also, just to make sure, you understand that even if you stop adding from a list, all the items from it are studied when you study on the app? And that when you add a word, it or some of its parts will likely come up after you tell the system to stop adding from the list?

Has anyone else been seeing this problem?

I had seen this under the following scenario in the web-app: I normally open 3 tabs, Skritter study, Skritter study all and forums. When I stop a list in the Skritter study tab, it will only take effect, if I reload the Skritter study all tab, otherwise, it doesn't know, that something changed.

@Roland: Do you mean when you click 'my lists' on the study all tab, it isn't updated with the changes you made on the study nav tab? That's true, it won't update that until you reload the page. But what lists you are adding from, that should still be in effect. As in, if you change what lists you're adding from on the study nav tab, and then you add a word in study, those changes will be in effect. Or are you experiencing something else?

Scott, no (other) problem, it's exactly like what you said.
