Feature request: show progress on non-added lists

quartzimer   August 24th, 2014 2:58p.m.

This is a feature that FluentU has and I think it's really helpful. I'd like to be able to browse lists (that I haven't added) and see what percent of that list I already know. For me it's good reinforcement of how much progress I'm making. For instance, as I'm studying my word lists from various lists, I'd like to know how many HSK 5 and 6 words I already know. Also, I just love seeing progress bars fill up! I feel like this wouldn't be too difficult to implement considering the fact that if I browse the contents of a list, it already shows the words I know and banned. Thanks!

+1. And I would also like – as has been requested many times before – a real measure for % left of a list you are studying.

I'd like those features too :)

I'm not sure how easily this could be reworked, however I agree that the completeness percentage shown for a list should be based off of the entire list's words and how many have been learned, and not where it's currently at in it's adding position. Perhaps it would be possible to have an option to calculate the totals of a list to see how many items have already been counted as learned versus not yet learned, even if it doesn't play with the current completeness calculation.

+1 for more accurate percentage completion of a list.

Don't think its a priority to see it for lists I haven't added yet, but for my lists (particularly for HSK) it would be encouraging to see how much of the later sections I already know!!
