Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Yes on the first and partly yes on the second. To select a individual list you need to be on line yet. If you choose that before you go off line you can continue to study it off line. I think Nick is working on a fix so that we should be able to select individual lists of line as well. There is also a bug on individual lists when adding new words that is not propagating the new items to the device. This should also be fixed soon.
