Known Bug? Can't unban characters in iOS App

马洲屹   September 21st, 2014 10:02p.m.

Hi Skritter,

Is it a known bug that you cannot unban a character in the iOS app?

It allows you to press the button which toggles it from banned to unban, but it doesn't actually unban it. If you go back into the look-up section after unbanning it, it will still be banned.

It would be great if you guys are getting this fixed or could get it fixed for the upcoming update.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Joe

Hi Jake,

I have just downloaded the recent update and I am still having the same bug. Any ideas?

Cheers,

Hmm, that's unexpected. Can you send some screens to me at nick@skritter.com of the process you're going through, or describe it in more detail? Thanks!

Hi Joe,

I just sent you a message. Please let me know what you're doing to see the bug so I can reproduce and we can try and come up with a solution.

Thanks!
