Words not adding from MDBG list

alexandermuir   July 11th, 2012 12:45a.m.

Hi, I'm having the same issue as http://www.skritter.com/forum/topic?id=124387538

I'm adding words to my MDBG list from their website. Skritter has marked the list as finished, even though it's not. Sometimes, but ONLY sometimes, does the MDBG list show up in the "Adding Words From" but it NEVER adds the words. What gives? thanks!

Hmm, somehow the section numbering didn't work right. How have you been adding words to this list? Quick add or editing the list?

I've set the list to add from the beginning again, after fixing the erroneous data. It should work better now, but let me know if it still gives you trouble!

i've been adding directly from the MDBG website. I may have added a few by editing the list but most of it comes via the little skritter button on their website. It's working now though, thank you very much!

The same thing is happening is happening again with the same list. This time though I'm adding directly from skritter (editing the list) and not through any third party website :/

I took a look, and it appears the list is now adding properly? I'm doing some investigating on this issue over the next few days; updates will be put to the beta site so if you want to test the system you might try switching to being a beta user. Then hopefully I'll get some data as to why this is happening!

Thanks for your patience on this.

Sorry, yes, it started adding properly again after I created the September 2012 section yesterday. Just forgot to update the post. Thanks
