Unable to send feedback

Hi,
I just tried to send some feedback from my Ubuntu machine in Firefox, but I couldn't because I can't choose the subject. It works in Chrome, though.

That's not good! I can't reproduce, but I wonder if you can help me debug it. Is there a JavaScript error that you're seeing? To check in Firefox, go to Tools > Web Developer > Error Console. Clear everything, reload the page, and then try to select the feedback subject. Do any JavaScript errors come up?

Sorry Nick, apparently I have a Firefox problem with dropdown menus and right-click menus in general. It seems that something causes their breakdown and then they just don't appear or are invisible (until I restart Firefox). It's clearly a problem with my Firefox and not on your end.

I have sent feedback before with no trouble, but when I try to now, even with short feedbacks, I get a popup saying I have run out of room. I used to be able to shorten the text and get it through, but it does that now with even only 3 words.

fluvius1, I'm not quite sure what popup you're talking about--can you send a screenshot to nick@skritter.com?

screenshot sent (2 days ago--sorry)
