Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Plugin Add problem

Skritter keeps telling me I need to add a missing plug-in even though I have updated it the last 3 times I logged in. Why does it continue to ask for something I have already updated?

The Wacom plug-in usually doesn't work on Mac, so you should probably go into your settings on the study page and disable "Use Wacom plugin"--that way Skritter will stop looking for it.
