Request: email if adding list stopped

nomadwolf   April 13th, 2013 1:05a.m.

If I have a list which I have set to "stop after each section", I'd like skritter to send me an email that the list has stopped adding.

For iOS users, it's unlikely to find out until you notice that you're not seeing new words from the list.
For web users, you'll always see which lists are active when you go to the Study page. But iOS, I rarely have reason to go to the "Lists" page.

Thanks!

I agree that on iOS it might take a while to notice a list has stopped. I've been in that boat a few times. Sounds like now you have a reason to go to the "lists" page.

Plus one from me:)

How about a little tooltip message when any list or section is completed, and an extra message if you have no more words to add. An email seems a bit clumsy, and won't work if you are offline until your next online sync.

Josh, I don't go through list sections fast enough to have checking the "lists" page even regularly...

Alan, the tooltip is also OK, but you can only add words while you are on-line, so your concern shouldn't be an issue...

I go through lists rather slowly these days as well. I usually check the status of my lists and reactive them while I'm at a computer, though I primarily study on my iTouch.
