Question for everyone :

If you had to orally describe the top part of this character，鱼 ， how would you say it in Chinese ?

For example, we could say that the middle part is a 田 tian2, and the bottom is a 横（一）.

The answer I'm NOT looking for is :
"鱼 is a radical and should be regarded as one big chunk "
