iOS app quitting

hansw1204   August 21st, 2014 10:46p.m.

Just started using Skritter on my iPad Air and it worked perfectly for a day but now it quits after every 3 questions. Any idea why that may be?
Thanks

I'm having a similar problem on my iphone 5. I cant even get it to stay open long enough to tap 'study'. I've tried reinstalling it a couple of times. It does the initial sync when I sign in, but then when I try to use it it just automatically closes. I've been using on this phone without any trouble for months. What gives?

I have the same problem. I also tried restarting/installing fresh a few times, but it always crashes after one or two seconds. Have used the app for months without a problem.
I've tried the japanese one, but that doesn't connect to the server for some reason.

It works now, yet I don't know why. Let's hope it stays that way :)

A week or two back...I had this problem with my iPhone too, seems o.k now though.

hansw1204, I've been looking through your crash reports–thanks for sending those over–but I can't figure it out–the crash reports are all over the place, in totally different iOS system code every time (not our application code). This means I don't have any leads on debugging this–unless it doesn't crash when you, say, study on a fresh, free account, which would indicate that there's something up with your data.

Hopefully something between me updating the app for iOS 8 and you upgrading to iOS 8 will solve the problem, which should happen later this month. Sorry for the frustrations.
