Syncing problem with iOS

whiteo   September 30th, 2014 9:31a.m.

Hello there,

Has anyone else been having problems with syncing to iOS devices running the Skritter app? Starting at about 10am UK time, every time the app attempted to sync, or I applied a forced sync, it would fail, and the following error messages are in the log:

"Failed - server error
Failed - sync error
Sync interrupted"

I wonder whether this is perhaps a server error, as the status is showing as 0.0018, but would be interested to know if anyone else is having this issue.

Thanks!

Hi whiteo,

I am having a similar issue on an iphone 5c. Early this morning it attempted to sync but kept freezing at the same point. Now it doesn't even attempt to sync, instead there is an 'x' next to sync status.

My sync log also reads:

"Failed - server error
Failed - sync error
Sync interrupted"

你們好,

We're also seeing a spike of server errors that correspond to the time you were experiencing issues. The server appears to be working normally again. Could you let us know if you're able to successfully sync now?

Thanks!

Hi Jake,

Yep, that's all fine again. Thanks for sorting this promptly.

All the best.
