Hi there,

I was looking for the "On Vacation" feature to use it until the bug of the version 2.6.0 is fixed but I can't find how to activate this option.

May be it is not available for me because my subscription will expire this month on the 15th...

Thank you for your help regardind this matter...

Click on your username at the top of the website and it's under billing, down the right side.

Thank you for your tip but under Billing I just have Billing History and that's it!!!

It seems that there is no vacation for me!!!

@RomainSkrit You're not seeing the vacation option due to Apple payment restrictions. To enable this option you would first need to unsubscribe on your iDevice, and then resubscribe on the website via: www.skritter.com/account/billing/subscribe

Here is a link with information on how to manage your auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098. Sorry again for any inconvenience.

Hope that helps and sorry about the bug in 2.6.0!

Thanks a lot... I'll follow your indications...

Hello Skritter Jake,

I've already unsubsribed on my Ipad and resubscrbe on your website but I've still no acces to the "on vacation" feature...

Beside my account status still sjhows "Paying through Apple"...

Any ideas?

Best regards,

@RomainSkrit, after unsubscribing from Apple you have to confirm you've done so on the site. Sorry for not mentioning that step. I've gone ahead and clicked that button on your account already and all of the billing and vacation options should now be available.

I sent just sent an email message as well. Please feel free to respond to that message if you have any further questions!

Best,
Jake
