Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? That may do the trick.

Just tried that but still same problem (using Chrome). Seems that it's working in IE though. I wonder why it won't work in Chrome.

Kevin, are you seeing any JavaScript errors when you try in Chrome? (Open the Developer Tools -> JavaScript Console to check.)

Hmm. If you try it without any Chrome extensions, does it work then? (You can easily skip some of them with incognito mode; others you might have to temporarily disable.)

Ah the culprit was HTTPS Everywhere Chrome extension. Disabled that and it worked.
