Current poll - Do you use the mobile Skritter apps?

It's missing the option for:
- Yes, iOS/Android, and also the web

Unless, that's already implied :)

As much as I love the iOS version. I've found recently, that I prefer to do Tones and Reading on the web, and Writing and Definitions on mobile. Maybe I'm the only odd cookie functioning this way, haha.

I am very glad that Skritter finally has it up for Android, alas I haven't gotten around to installing the app on the phone. With that being said, I quite enjoy the main site usage on my computer for the sake of being able to use my touch pad.

@balsa
I'm mostly the same. Tones/Definition/Reading feels better on the computer (example samples, workflow due to keyboard shortcuts, easier to look up stuff, autoadding(!) ect).
Android is just for mobile use and for writing (since i lack an input device for computer, mouse is a no go ;) ) But i still use the app a lot, countless opportunity every day to put those 5 minutes of slacking into good use.

For me, using a mobile device is the only way to go. I'm not a student, so I don't have blocks of time at a computer when I can dedicate to Skritter. All my Skritter time is taken in smaller blocks, when I'm in between meetings, or on the train, or whatever.

For better or worse it seems like almost all online services are moving to a mobile-first model, where web is not assumed to be the point of the spear for new features - simply because so few people use it.

I use skritter in my free time, so about half the time I end up laying out on the couch with my iPad. It's a pretty ideal balance between PC use and mobile use, which seems like what the developers are aiming for.

I actually wondered why the polls are only visible on the web page. I rarely go to the web page (for many months I might not go). I happened to go these days as I wanted to export a word list, but apart of that I am iOS only.
Just a thought you might be missing out on other mobile only peoples opinion as well.

Definitely the mobile apps! I hate writing with a mouse and I want to make use of time spent in trains, on planes etc. or even in front of a tv. Never want to return to skrittering on a computer.

Most of the time I use iOS (iPad). But the webversion is best for input and editing lists. And I prefer the webversion for the coloured tones. The coloured tones are wonderfull to remember. It is what I really mis in the mobile versions.
