Feature Request - iOS

马洲屹   September 5th, 2013 10:00p.m.

Hi guys,

Once again great work on what is a superb app!

Not too sure if this has been raised before, but what do you reckon the chances are of getting a feature which tells you in the iOS (or web) app what list the word was added from. Not on the flashcard part, but in the backend section. Sometimes when you add a lot of words this can be a good little jolt to the memory so you can remember the context.

Thanks guys!

Cheers,
Joe

Been thinking of asking this myself. I agree that it is much easier to remember the words from context, but I find it a little bit to cumbersome to navigate to the website from the phone/ipad, so I'm all for this function.

Yup, have being wishing for this in the iOS app for a while too.

Like Australia did yesterday, the Skritter-people have spoken!

I was thinking that access to the online word popup as an extra click (if you're connected) might be a decent way to get this in sooner. What do y'all think?

Hey, I asked for further decomposition if you have internet 9 months ago... (http://beta.skritter.com/forum/topic?id=239589112#242014580).

I thought at some point it was explicitly discussed to use the on-line popup (even as a URL through an external browser) before, but I'm not going to search for it.

Anyway, just my way of saying "heck yes!".

Yes, it's high on my list of improvements for the app.

Sounds good to me - cheers!

That sounds great.
