Adding Previously Removed Words

JanVanderdam   June 27th, 2011 1:34p.m.

I am trying to automatically add words from a list that were previously removed. I used to have no problem doing this but now the system will no add them and I see no other way to manually add them. Is this a bug?

Your subscription is expired, so it doesn't try to add words--thus it doesn't realize that the words have already been added and just need to be reactivated.

If you view this as a big problem, I can put it on the todo list to be smarter about reactivating old words, but I think the easiest solution for now would be to resubscribe so that you can get the words back.

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually, after I posted the message I got an error message about my subscription and I was just trying to figure out what happened since I was set for automatic renewal. It turns out that I forgot that my credit card number was compromised last month and was canceled and I forgot to set up my account with the new card number! I am now re-subscribed and it seems all is well again. Thanks.
