placeholder - will add soon

I've been trying to use sentences more often and noticed that quite a lot of them have the english translation as "[placeholder--unavailable word; will add soon.]"

I try to submit a correction when I know all the characters in the sentence. Should I be doing this?

I also wonder why are there no definitions for these sentences?

I think some sentences are just taken from http://tatoeba.org or some similar source with Creative Commons license. Some of the sentences there don't have an English translation, so that might be the reason.

Maybe i should send my translations to tatoeba instead of skritter? Is there a sync process to send corrections back and forth?

The sentences that say placeholder are ones that don't have English yet like Xiaokaka mentioned. Please do send in any corrections through Skritter and we'll be sure to add the appropriate translations!

Is it possible to include links to the audio from tatoeba?
