Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Is there a way to search lists (official as well as made by others) by popularity, based on how many people are studying it?

There are so many lists made by others, I'd like to know which lists people are finding useful. Maybe it's also an idea to be able to comment on lists...

Someone previously asked for a way to sort them by difficulty, and I think the Skritter boys said it was interesting but maybe not feasible soon.

Maybe this is a better (easier) thing to implement - just like the mnemonics popularity thing?
